Pastor's "Virtual" Book Club (Jesus, Continued by J.D. Greer)

Having recently finished reading "Jesus, Continued" by J.D. Greer, I am excited to invite you to join my virtual Book Club. "Jesus, Continued" is a practical, well-balanced look at the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives as we carry out His mission (The Great Commission). The potential impact of this interaction in your life, in our church and community is tremendous and I am already praying for God to work in our hearts over the summer. Frankly, I'm asking God for a Revival (movement of the Holy Spirit among us) at and through GCC.
 
I would be thrilled if everyone in our church would read, interact and put into practice the concepts in this book. Toward that end, we will begin reading the book together shortly after Easter. If you would like to join us, get your own copy of "Jesus, Continued" (available at Lifeway, Kindle, Amazon and other outlets). I'll put together a reading schedule and post my thoughts each week. You can comment - and I can comment on your comments. Others can see our comments and make their comments. Got it?
 
I'd also like to see each of us find 3 or 4 friends who would be willing to meet together (or at least call one another) to discuss and apply the truths found in "Jesus, Continued." These small groups would help us apply what we are reading.
